How to Publish Your Course

Publishing a course on eolas Campus is an exciting opportunity to share your expertise with learners around the world. The platform makes it easy to create and publish high-quality courses. Here is how to get started:

Steps to Publish Your Course

1. Log In to Your Instructor Dashboard

   • Visit the eolas Campus website and log in using your instructor credentials. If you are not yet an eolas Campus Instructor, you must apply first, and a Learner profile does not allow creating courses.  
   • Navigate to your Instructor Dashboard, where you will manage all aspects of your courses.

2. Start a New Course

   • Click the "Create Course" button to begin building your course.
   • Enter key details:
     • Course Title: Make it clear and engaging, using simple and appealing words commonly searched on internet for your topic. 
     • Description: Provide a brief overview of the course content and intended audience.
     • Objectives: Explain what learners will achieve by completing the course.

3. Add Lessons and Content

   • Use the course editor to create lessons or modules. Upload your learning materials, such as:
     • Videos, slides, and documents.
     • Quizzes or assignments to help learners gauge their understanding.
     • Additional resources like downloadable PDFs or external links.
   • Arrange your content into a logical sequence for an effective learning experience.

4. Set Pricing (if applicable)

   • Decide if your course will be free or paid.
   • For paid courses, set an enrollment fee that reflects the value of your course and aligns with competitive rates. We work on three mayor price tiers to accommodate audience preferences and possibilities. 

5. Preview Your Course

   • Use the Preview feature to see how your course will appear to learners.
   • Ensure all lessons are accessible, videos and quizzes work as intended, and the overall presentation is professional.

6. Submit for Review

   • When your course is ready, click the "Submit for Review" button.
   • Our team will evaluate your course to ensure it meets our quality standards.

7. Publish Your Course

   • After approval, your course will be published and available for learners to enroll.
   • You will receive a notification once the course goes live.

After Publishing

Once your course is live, you can use the Instructor Dashboard to track enrollments, learner progress, and feedback. Reviewing these insights regularly will help you refine your course and improve its impact over time.
