At eolas Campus, we strive to ensure our learners have a positive experience. If you are unsatisfied with a paid course, you may be eligible for a refund based on our refund policy. Here is how you can request one.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally available under the following conditions:

• You request a refund within the specified refund period (typically 14 or 30 days after purchase, depending on the course).
• You have not completed a significant portion of the course.
• Refunds may not be applicable for courses marked as "non-refundable" during checkout.

Steps to Request a Refund

1. Log In to Your Account

   • Visit the eolas Campus website and log in to your account.

2. Go to the Support Portal

   • Navigate to the Support Portal from your dashboard or the website’s footer menu.

3. Submit a Ticket

   • Select the option for Refund Requests in the ticket category.
   • Include the following details in your ticket:
     • The course name.
     • The date of purchase.
     • The reason for requesting a refund.

4. Await Confirmation

   • Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Important Notes

Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If your refund is denied, we will provide a clear explanation and offer alternative solutions if possible, such as course credits.
